Our Evening Talks programme features big names from the world of design, art and culture. All talks take place in either the Lecture Theatre or the Hochhauser Auditorium from 19.00-20.00 and are on Friday evenings unless otherwise stated.

Hear one of the world's most respected living artists discuss his career in this interview coinciding with a new exhibition at the Serpentine Gallery. Richard Hamilton has embraced many different mediums including painting, printmaking and installation, and is especially well-known for his political paintings and is also interested in the role of multiples and using photographic material to investigate representation in contemporary society.

Designer, writer and Chair of Christies, David Linley discusses objects and ornament from all ages that are timeless in their exquisite craftsmanship and arresting beauty. After studying at Parnham House School for Craftsman in Wood, Linley opened his own workshop and now heads Linley, designers and manufacturers of quality furniture, upholstery and accessories. He has written books on furniture and home design.
