One lucky prize-winner and their guest will stay for 3 nights in a 4-star hotel, including return flights from London and a full day’s privately guided tour of the cultural highlights of their chosen city.

By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. The closing date is 7 April 2013.
  2. The winner will be notified by the V&A by 21 April 2013.
  3. The winner will be the first valid and correct entry drawn (the “Prize Winner”). The Judge’s decision is final.
  4. The competition is open to residents of the UK and Northern Ireland (excluding employees of the V&A, CICERONI Travel and Steidl and their affiliates, agents and any person professionally connected with the competition).
  5. Applicants must be aged 18 or over.
  6. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  7. The holiday must be taken before 15 December 2013 and is subject to availability. Validity of the prize cannot be extended.
  8. The prize offered is for two people sharing a room at a 4-star hotel in either Marrakech or Istanbul on a B&B basis.
  9. The weekend will not be part of a group tour and will be bespoke so the winners will be able to add extra nights or upgrade for the appropriate fee.
  10. Prize Winner and companions are responsible for their own transportation to and from Gatwick or Heathrow airport.
  11. Prize Winner and companions are responsible for paying the single supplements should they require separate rooms.
  12. Any other expenses incurred during the period of the prize will be the responsibility of the prize winner and their companion.
  13. Prize Winner and companions are liable for any tax liability accruing as a result of winning this competition.
  14. Any person suspected of cheating, acting dishonestly or fraudulently in the opinion of the Promoter will be excluded from the competition.
  15. No purchase necessary.
  16. No cash alternative will be offered and prizes are non-transferable.
