The geometry of the Planning, Process and Final Product of a shelter. This project is running alongside my final major project. I am looking at the lines and angles that are created in the whole process of construction of structures. And looking at the contrast, and the similarities, between the geometry of a man-made structure and the natural structures that occur in nature. This idea of how a built structure can completely juxtapose in its natural environment, (thinking about more modern architecture.) and how it can also become camouflaged within environments also. This is what interests me. Some influences for this project were 'The House Of Mirrors' by Clarence Schmidt, and also the shelters of 'Drop City' in America (Colorado).
