Dear Doodle Diary was a self initiated project. This visual online journal revealed something about my day, every day. The main aim was to change my original (slow) approach to illustration and force myself to both think of an idea and execute it in a short space of time. The project was successful in that it was a great place for me to experiment and document my daily experiences, thoughts, feelings and failings. It also enabled me to think and interpret in a new way, often in the case of visual puns.
