I am a new artist in residence at the V&A: Samsung Korean Digital Art Resident, Yiyun Kang.
On 14th, October, I had a first open studio at the Sackler Studio 1. As I use sort of an ephemeral medium; projection mapping, it is usually hard to conserve in a tangible object-format. Therefore I decided to facilitate the open studio as a small-showcase to present my installation.
For the 1st open studio, I edited one of my previous project, titled “Mind the Gap” to fit into the studio environment. It was wonderful time to meet the various visitors from different backgrounds and share their thoughts.
