The Tower of Babel – Shop of the Day No.70

Bank Holiday weekend, the joys of DIY..  As we continue to move up the Tower we’re certainly in the top half now.  So no going to B&Q. Who knew only a few years ago how a paint shop could come to epitomise a social class in Britain.

I didn’t know that they used to supply paint for Raleigh bicycles in the ’50’s though and Ford Motor Cars in Dagenham! How times change…..

This is on Northcote Road in Clapham SW11.
