Roger Arquer’s work combines function, beauty and emotion. Everyday designs can ‘tickle our soul’, he says. In his Dream House room, Roger has stripped back the clutter of a bathroom to leave two sculptural brass faucets emerging from a floor of marble pebbles. A simple bench and a wall of lush green moss provide a restful backdrop. Hanging from the ceiling is a glass bulb, which captures and reflects the light and the steam from the showers.
