Roger Arquer’s work combines function, beauty and emotion. Everyday designs can ‘tickle our soul’, he says. In his Dream House room, Roger has stripped back the clutter of a bathroom to leave two sculptural brass faucets emerging from a floor of marble pebbles. A simple bench and a wall of lush green moss provide a restful backdrop. Hanging from the ceiling is a glass bulb, which captures and reflects the light and the steam from the showers.
Based in London, Roger teaches at Central Saint Martins and in Camberwell. He has an international portfolio of clients and produces a range of thoughtful and beautiful products.
These taps are truly beautiful, simple and practical, very good Roger Arquer!
