About V&A Licensing
V&A Licensing provides design resources and brand endorsement to partners across the world.
We continue the museum’s founding mission through our work with retail and manufacturing companies. Our licensed product ranges under the ‘V&A Inspired’ label are sold primarily outside the museum, through department stores and shops worldwide.
Licensees have special access to the museum’s collections and archives, and the use of our research and design services. Our partners are selected carefully for their quality, reach of distribution and synergy with the V&A brand. We work internationally across a broad range of sectors including interiors, home-ware, fashion, jewellery and stationery.
Licensed product promotes awareness of the V&A, and generates valuable income: all profits go to help fund the V&A’s activities.

It is not just the great collectors and the wealthy who leave legacies to the V&A.
