Fashion in Motion is a series of live catwalk events presented at the V&A. Featuring some of the greatest designers of our time, Fashion in Motion brings catwalk couture to a wider audience by modelling it against the beautiful backdrop of the Museum.
Polish-born Katarzyna Szczotarska's loosely fuses modern geometric designs inspired by Russian constructivism and a 1960s modernist vision. Her collection exudes sophistication, intensity and playful fantasy. Hats are by milliner Tara O’Callaghan.
Ballgowns: British Glamour Since 1950
From 19 May 2012 the V&A celebrates the opening of the newly renovated Fashion Galleries with an exhibition of beautiful ballgowns, red carpet evening dresses and catwalk showstoppers.
