Public photography or filming
Members of the public are allowed to take photographs and film within the V&A for personal use (not temporary exhibitions) with a hand-held camera. In exceptional circumstances us of a tripod and other equipment may be permitted but must be arranged in advance.

Any footage or photography taken in the V&A intended for any commercial purpose must be agreed in advance with the V&A in writing.

To help us deal with your filming request efficiently please download a filming application form and email the completed form to press.office@vam.ac.uk or r.lloyd@vam.ac.uk (as outlined above).

Filming requests will not be considered without a completed form.
All filming and press photography within the Museum must be supervised by a trained member of V&A staff. To allow us enough time to make the necessary arrangements, filming and photography requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the proposed date, where possible.

Working with models, Anomalous Visuals will help you to understand the fundamentals of fashion photography and post production techniques such as lighting, digital workflow and retouching in Photoshop.
