The Wolfson Galleries

Room 118 looks at how Neo-classicism transformed architecture and design in Britain in the second half of the 18th century. Key personalities who had a significant influence on design during this period include Robert Adam, Josiah Wedgwood and Matthew Boulton. Also in this room is a display on developments in the metal trades and the impact of the Industrial Revolution on the decorative arts.

Room 118 is on Level 4 of the V&A South Kensington.
