Exhibition available to hire

In 2012, Her Majesty the Queen will be celebrating her Diamond Jubilee. This touring exhibition in the Jubilee Year will explore Cecil Beaton's long relationship with Elizabeth II in his role as royal photographer. From teenage Princess, to mother and sovereign, the Queen posed for Cecil Beaton's camera on many occasions from the 1940s to the 1960s. The exhibition of approximately 60 photographs will be accompanied by a new lavishly illustrated publication examining Beaton's working methods, unique style and rise to fame as a master of the art of royal portraiture.

Size: Approx 200–250 m2
Available from 2012
