    The site of the Print Council of America provides access to an online edition of The Print Council Index to Oeuvre-Catalogues of Prints by European and American Artists by Timothy A. Riggs, expanded and updated by Lauren B. Hewes, an index to catalogues raisonnés or oeuvre catalogues of European and American artists which also functions as an index to Bartsch, Hollstein and many of the other standard reference works in the field. The site also provides useful content on how to care for prints, establishing authenticity and determining market value.
