The V&A Café offers hot dishes, salads, sandwiches, pastries and cakes, as well as hot and cold drinks, wine and beer.

Families
The V&A has extensive facilities for families:
Eating and drinking
The main Café, open 10.00-17.15, and 10.00-21.30 on Fridays, is great for children, with a wide range of food for all tastes. The Garden Café is also open during the summer for drinks and snacks 10.00-17.15 and is open 10.00-21.30 on Fridays. High chairs are provided in the main café. Main meals are half-price for children under 10. There is also a water fountain next to the telephones on Level 1 by Stair M.

Baby change
Nearly all toilets have baby change facilities - look for the baby change symbol on the Museum map.
Pushchairs
The V&A is spread over seven levels and a number of interconnecting buildings. The Museum map shows which routes are non-accessible for pushchairs due to steps, but please ask a member of staff if you need help at any time.

Cloakrooms
There are cloakrooms at the Grand Entrance on Level 1 and near the Tunnel Entrance on Level 0. The cloakrooms are for coats, umbrellas and bags and have limited capacity.
Bags larger than 56cm x 45cm x 25cm (22ins x 18ins x 10ins) ie the maximum size of airline carry-on luggage, will not be accepted. We also cannot accept large suitcases, prams, trolleys, bikes (folding or otherwise) or perishable food.
Cloakrooms are free; a voluntary donation is welcome.
