'The brooch is made from television wire, recycled metallic thread and feathers re-covered from a pheasant for the table! It is made by hand using minimal tools with materials to hand or readily available. I have been working with recycled materials for 20 years and use textile techniques such as wrapping and overstitching to create a 3 dimensional structure that is both durable and sustainable.'
