'This series seeks to create a bridge between the ancient and the modern. One of the oldest of human traditions, often imbued with totemic significance, is the use of found objects for adornment. Computers and electronic devices are the premier totemic objects of the 21st century, yet few of us have ever taken a really close look inside them. Electronic components are used as tesserae in this piece evocative of ancient roman mosaic work.'
