Background

00/00/0000 - Growing up with five elder brothers, it's inevitable to be taken to the local football stadium earlier than going to school. So Borussia was my focal point during the 60s and 70s, "our" most successful years. This quilt honors an unforgettable weekend in Berlin: the last remarkable victory, the cup final 1995, with three pieces of the Wrapped Reichstag fabric for the three goals, and my first walk through Brandenburg Gate. .
