Background

07/03/2009 - Made in one week as a last minute inpriation for my mother's birthday. The fabrics were limited to those I could get locally and the colour choices inspired by my mother's favourite flower. The patchwork pattern is Trip Around The World, hence the quilt's name. The quilt is machine pieced and quilted in the ditch. I have since got a little braver about my quilting!.
