Background

21/01/2010 - We are a group friends who meet informally about once a month to undertake patchwork and other textile crafts. We chose to undertake a project that would provide a focus for developing skills amongst the group, use some of our growing fabric supply and provide a fundraising and awareness opportunity for a national charity (the quilt is being raffled). We may be relatively inexperienced, but the quilt has provided much opportunity for friendship and learning..
