00/00/0000 - I painted the background and raw-edge appliqued the flowers. The cut-out hearts rotate on fishing swivels making this two-sided quilt have a myriad of images. Each facet of the hearts shows a particular technique of quilting that I enjoy. Peltex is used as batting for support..
