Background

25/03/2010 - This quilt was inspired by the Borneo rain forest, and the waterfall is in a local national park where we have walked many times. I've been living in Brunei, on the island of Borneo for a number of years now and a few years ago I moved away from making traditional quilts and started creating my own designs inspired by the scenery around me, especially the rain forest and natural world. .
