Background

31/07/2009 - Inspired by the Anthony Gormley stautes on Crosby Beach; ploughed silk saturated with Procion dyes; the figures created with resin sand and painted and waxed with treasure gold; stitched with a variety of silk and cotton threads to create the shadows on the water.
