Patrick's Big Bed Quilt

Background

08/04/2010 - This is my first ever quilt. I made it for my son who is hopefully going into a 'big boy's bed' this summer. The fabrics include prints with natural images such as birds, oak leaves, fish, leaves and butterflies, reflecting his love of being outdoors. I machine stitched the top, bound it with some help from my mum, then hand-quilted over a lot of evenings!.
