Background

20/12/2009 - This is my first quilt. It was made to celebrate the birth of my friend's baby. Caitlin was born on 17.12.09. I started making the quilt at a quilting and patchwork class at Cardonald College in September 2009. It is not perfect by any means but it was made with a lot of love. It was made with fabrics from Worn and Washed, a company which specialises in recycled fabrics and the wadding is an undyed natural cotton. .
