Background

06/04/2006 - I made this quilt from hand dyed fabrics appliqued onto a white patchwork background and heavily machine quilted. It was my first attempt at machine applique. It was whilst making this quilt that I learned the value of playing 1960's Motown music very loudly when you're working as it took away the pain of all of the inset corners!.
