Connie Mae's baby quilt

Background

01/11/2009 - I designed and created this quilt for my friend's new baby Connie Mae. It was my first attempt at patchwork and I designed it from scratch. I used a combination of applique, stencil and printed fabric for the blocks and then sewed it together. The central block is a photo of Connie's mum and dad getting married. Connie is almost 6 months old now and apparently loves it!.
