Verse reads: The Earth and the Goddess were once one and she was the first of all the Earth - the nurturing Mother who brings forth all life. The plants, the animals, the rivers, the streams, woman and man. Man may be her greatest achievement and her worst enemy. The Children’s progress destroying the Mother. But she is the vengeful Mother. As all proceeds from Her, all returns to Her, the tomb. The Mother. The Earth. Gaia.
