"I decided to illustrate the book covers of some of my favourite fairy tales. I have my own foil press which lends itself very well to the old fashioned embossed effect often found in old books. I have a little Pinocchio which acts as a book end. I’ve given him a radio to listen to – I think he’s listening to the music because he seems in a happy mood."
