Drawn from the V&A collections, this exhibition explores Street Art as a diverse, constantly evolving, transient art form that moves across derelict buildings, bus shelters and city hoardings across the world. With the historical roots of Street Art echoing cave paintings, stencilled slogans, and images in political campaigning, the exhibition attempts to capture an ephemeral contemporary aesthetic that continues to influence mainstream graphics.
