Barkers Department Store
63-97 Kensington High Street, W8 5SE
Architect: Bernard George, 1933
The building is steel-framed and faced with Portland stone. The style is a mixture of French Art Deco and more traditional department store architecture. Some restoration work was carried out in 1998 and original staircases can be seen in the eastern tower.
Accessible during normal opening hours.
