Black cotton jersey knit mini dress

This very short dress has a scoop neck with a frilly collar. It was designed to be worn with pale opaque tights and bar shoes. The bishop style sleeves are cut tight at the armholes then flared at the wrists where they are gathered with ties.
The cotton jersey material was popular as it was comfortable to wear and easy to maintain.
