Over the four weekends of August there will be a series of drop-in demonstrations of Japanese art and craft:

- Traditional sumi-e ink painting with Ms Yaura
(4 & 5 August)

- Maki-e lacquering techniques with Mr Kurimoto
(11 & 12 August)

- Flower-arranging with the Ikenobo Society
(18 & 19 August)

- Kumihimo braid-making with Ms Carey
(25 & 26 August)
