This series contains papers relating to a number of different subjects. Firstly it contains those relating to the administration and policy of the Dance Department, such as the minutes and papers of the various Advisory Panels and Committees serviced by the Department, files on budgeting and general financial information, policy files, papers relating to dealings with other Arts Council departments and cross-departmental initiatives such as Art Education in a Multi-Cultural Society and Women in the Arts.
Secondly it contains reports and papers relating to conferences, publications and research on dance and other arts affairs. Finally it contains miscellaneous material, such as correspondence, printed ephemera and four promotional videos, kept for informational purposes.
