In 1985/86 a Marketing and Resources Department was formed as part of the Services Division. It took over responsibility for communications, information, marketing and the press office from the Personnel and Administration Department.
In 1991/92 a further restructuring took place and most of the responsibilities of the department were transferred to the External Relations Department , except for information which formed the Information Department.
This series contains files relating to all the functions of the Marketing and Resources Department. It includes the papers of Barry Jackson, Monica Tross, Eileen Healey, Maddy Morton and Peter Verwey.
