Context

This series relates to Council's early work on the issue of Arts and Disability. It contains the files of Information Officer, Rod Fisher. He was active in this area throughout the latter half of the 1970s and through into the mid 1980s, before the Council established the Arts and Disability Unit within the Planning Department during 1986/87.

Scope and content

These files contain internal Council correspondence, general correspondence with outside organisations, committee minutes, papers relating to investigations and inquiries, questionnaire results, press cuttings, press releases etc.
