Andy Sturgeon is gardening columnist for the Guardian and creates landscapes in a bold, architectural and timeless style. Cleve West is presenter of BBC’s Take Three Gardeners, a keen allotment gardener and renowned as a designer for his creative use of space and harmonious planting. Tom Hoblyn is a wildlife and wild flower expert who specialises in creating geographically and biologically diverse garden environments.
Jane Owen, who will be chairing the debate, won gold at Chelsea last year, and has presented various prime time garden history programmes including an erotic landscaping special for Time Team. She has written numerous books and she runs a garden and allotment in Oxford. Jane is editor of the Financial Times' property and gardens section.
