SPECIAL EVENT: Explore subversion and style through the work of black British creatives.
Discover paintings and enjoy lively talks about subversion and protest in music, fashion and carnival. Create your own protest poster echoing those made for Rock Against Racism and watch documentary screenings. Immerse yourself as guest DJs Femi Fem (Young Disciples / Colourful Radio), Don Letts (The Roxy) and Mistah Brown (Tighten Up club nights) play anthems from this period of progress towards equal rights.

Everything is free and drop in, apart from the workshops that are £5 and are available on a first come first served basis.
