FREE TALK: Learn about Decimus Burton’s work in London, ranging from early shared projects with his father, through to the creation of the Colosseum, designs for private clubs such as the Atheneum, his major public works such as the Ionic Screen at Hyde Park Corner and Wellington Arch, to the Palm House and other structures at Kew Gardens.
The talk will also include some discussion of the important personal legacies, by Burton, to both the V&A and the RIBA.
