1 DAY PRACTICAL WORKSHOP: Draw inspiration from the V&A's magnificent collection of stained glass in this cake decoration workshop.
Under the expert guidance of award winning cake artists Valeri and Christina, participants will learn how to create stained-glass effects on cake using luxurious buttercream. Learn how to make the perfect buttercream, before mastering the vital principles of piping, free-hand drawing and pattern transfer techniques.
