FREE TALK: Using highlights from the V&A's new furniture gallery, this talk will look at the history of European painted furniture.
With a focus on technique, the talk will discuss the use of imitation, naive painting, figurative work and the surreal on pieces ranging from the 18th to the 20th centuries.
