GALLERY TALK: Emmajane Avery, Head of the Department of Learning, will describe the early years of the V&A, including its foundation as a school of design, its establishment at its present site in South Kensington and the vision of its early founders.

The tour will take in some of its earliest collections, displays and galleries, and bring the story up to date with how the museum seeks to inspire and educate today.

Please note this tour involves walking over long distances around the interior and exterior of the Museum.
