Set on Hampstead Heath, with stunning views over the London skyline, Kenwood House is one of the capital’s treasures.

Remodelled by the fashionable neoclassical architect Robert Adam in the 1760s, the breathtaking library is one of his finest achievements. The house is also known for its internationally important collection of paintings bequeathed to the nation by Edward Guinness, 1st Earl of Iveagh, which includes canvases by Rembrandt, Vermeer, Turner and Gainsborough. Members will be given a tour of the house and its collection by English Heritage Curator Laura Houliston.
