St Augustine’s is a Grade I listed Anglican church in Kilburn, designed at the height of the Gothic Revival by John Loughborough Pearson, the architect of Truro Cathedral.

In the 1930s Giles Gilbert Scott designed the reredos and Stations of the Cross. A major centre for High Anglicanism, sculpture, wall painting and vivid stained glass abound. Affectionately known as the “Cathedral of North London”, the church also features an Anglican convent, whose sisters produced some of Victorian Britain’s best ecclesiastical textiles in partnership with leading architects. Join art and architectural historian Ayla Lepine as she leads a tour of this beautiful building.
