Chiswick House and Gardens
- What:Membership Events
Chiswick House is a magnificent neo- Palladian villa built by the 3rd Earl of Burlington in 1729.
The gardens, created by William Kent, are widely regarded as the birthplace of the English landscape garden, and have influenced designs from Blenheim Palace to New York’s Central Park. A sensational £12m restoration was unveiled in June 2010. Members will enjoy a guided tour of both the house and gardens.
