EVENING TALK: To coincide with Wedding Dresses 1775-2014, this discussion explores the current bridal fashion predicaments associated with the modern bride.

The quest for individuality, bespoke couture, vintage or off the peg, as well as the myriad of styles at hand to choose from, epitomises the twenty-first century bride’s dilemma.

Lou Stoppard, SHOW studio Editor, discusses these contradictions with Virginia Bates, the proprietor of the famous Virginia vintage clothing store which stood on Portland Road, and Fashion Stylist Hannah Teare.

Devised with Alexandra Plesner, Founder and Creative Director of I Scream Factory and Marketing Coordinator for Method.
