Start the day with yoga and views of the Tay.
Join us for a yoga experience soaked in morning sun (weather permitting!) and magnificent views of the Tay in this unique series hosted in collaboration with Dundee’s Heart Space Yoga & Bodyworks.
Each class will guide you through a series of yoga poses and breath work which encourage mindfulness, but also build strength, improve flexibility, alleviate stress and cultivate self-acceptance.
These classes have been designed to meet COVID-19 safety regulations. Please read full safety information in your confirmation email before coming to class.
Each class will have one free space available for anyone who may find cost a barrier. To book this space, hit ‘Book now’ and choose the Mindful Museum Pass.

Things to note:
Please arrive at 7:45 to ensure you are ready to start class at 08:00.
Classes are suitable for all experience levels and are suitable from 14 weeks pregnancy, please speak to the instructor upon arrival.
This event is for those aged 18 and over.
Please remember to bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water.
There are no changing facilities available so please arrive dressed for class.
Doors will open 15 minutes before the class begins. Late participants will not be admitted.
Photography and filming may take place at this event.
It is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well to take part in the event. Before commencing any exercise regime, you should consult your doctor.
Should you display any symptoms of Covid-19, do not attend.
Advanced booking is essential. Tickets are not available to purchase on the door.
