September marks the end of summer and the arrival of autumn. For this month's Tatha Takeover join us for a celebration of the best of the new season produce with a chef well-known for his seasonal approach to cooking – acclaimed Chef Patron of The Newport Restaurant, Jamie Scott.
Jamie burst on to the culinary scene and our screens as the winner of Masterchef 2014, and now runs his riverside restaurant which has earned 2 AA rosettes and an entry in the Michelin Guide. Jamie is passionate about working closely with local producers to understand supply and demand, and is an advocate for zero waste.
