Hello Robot: Sensory Friendly Evening
A more relaxed way to enjoy the museum
Come along to our Sensory Friendly Evening and visit the museum free from large crowds. This event is suitable for anyone who needs a quieter environment to get the most out of their visit (such as people with autism spectrum conditions or sensory processing differences).
What you can expect Wherever possible, small changes will be made to reduce anxiety and stress, such as lowering volume levels in the galleries. There will be no queues or planned tannoy announcements; ear defenders and additional staff will be on-hand for support.
