In this talk Michael Omotosho will share insights into his career journey, approach to inclusive design, and passion for using design to solve everyday problems. He is the designer, inventor and founder of Plugull, an electrical plug pull that makes it easier to remove plugs from sockets. It is designed to help those with arthritis and to support independent living.
We will also be joined by Hannah Jones, Assistant Principal at Wrenn School who will share some lesson strategies and helpful tips for how to approach taking part in V&A Innovate.
Come away from the session with inspiration, ideas and top tips for running V&A in your setting.
The session will end with a Q&A with the speakers.

V&A Innovate is an annual National Schools Challenge asking students in years 7, 8 and 9 to design a solution to a real-world problem. Find out more at vam.ac.uk/innovate

This event is free. Booking is essential. Event suitable for Secondary School teachers. You must be over 18 to take part. This event will be a webinar and run using streaming platform Zoom, and after registering, you will receive a unique link in advance to access the event online.
