V&A Yoga Morning

Join Yoga instructor Aoife Espinosa for an hour-long Dynamic Hatha Yoga session, suitable for all levels of experience before the doors open to the public. The session will be followed by a specially created tour of the V&A collections to get your weekend off to the best possible start.

*Weather permitting – sessions will be moved to the Raphael Gallery in case of adverse weather conditions.

Afterwards, you can take in the V&A's world-renowned collections and explore the historical trends that have fashioned the female shape as we know it today, on an intimate tour around the Costume Gallery with Nikke Ariff. All before enjoying your choice of freshly brewed hot drink.
